<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a coil assembly provided with a bobbinless coil using a minimum number of components and minimum man-hour. <P>SOLUTION: A lead wire 65 is wound around a bobbin jig 64 in a coil shape, power is applied to the lead wire 65 from a power supply 66, and the lead wire 65 is separated from the bobbin jig 64 while the coil shape is held. A coil cover 47 made of synthetic resin is molded on the outer periphery of the lead wire 65 while power is applied to the lead wire 65, thus making it possible to abolish the use of the bobbin and a tape having a adhesive layer as well as to prevent the lead wire 65 from being untied while reducing the number of components and costs, and additionally enabling the reduction of inner diameter in the bobbinless coil 46 by that much for the abolition of the bobbin as well as the reduction of resistance and inductance to enhance current responsiveness. An adhesive can be used to cure the lead wire 65, or the lead wire 65 can be inserted into a previously molded coil case instead of the coil cover 47 made of synthetic resin being molded on the outer periphery of the lead wire 65 while the coil shape is held by power application. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
