<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor electrode for a dye-sensitized solar battery formed by arranging a semiconductor layer on a transparent electrode having high photoelectric conversion efficiency, and a dye-sensitized solar battery with the same. <P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor electrode for a dye-sensitized solar battery 16 is formed by arranging a semiconductor layer on the transparent electrode by gas-flow sputtering method and by making the semiconductor layer adsorb an organic dye-stuff. The dye-sensitive solar battery is composed of the semiconductor electrode for a dye-sensitized solar battery 16, a counter electrode 15, and an electrolyte 17. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
