PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic clamping device having high positioning accuracy and excellent stability of accuracy. SOLUTION: This magnetic clamping device includes a housing, a positioning means installed in the housing, and a magnetic means. The housing includes an attraction part, an installation part connected to one surface of the attraction part, and a storing part formed between the attraction part and the installation part. The magnetic force means is stored in the storing part and includes a permanent magnet unit for generating a magnetic field, an electromagnet unit for generating a magnetic filed by application of current and canceling the magnetic field of the permanent magnet, and a magnetic shield body installed between the permanent magnet unit and the electromagnet unit.
