PURPOSE:To provide a portable electronic apparatus which has excellent portability and can be charged easily and simply wherever a plug-socket is available. CONSTITUTION:A portable electronic apparatus is composed of an apparatus main part 10 having a battery housing part 14 in which a charging battery 13 is housed and a detachable battery cover 11 which is attached to the apparatus main part 10 and covers the battery housing part 14. A charger 25 which is electrically connected to the charging battery 13 housed in the battery housing part 14 when the battery cover 11 is attached to the apparatus main part 10 and a connection plug 38 which is connected to the charger 25 electrically are provided on the battery cover 11. Therefore, as it is not necessary to carry a charger separately like with a conventional constitution, excellent portability is realized and, further, wherever a plug-socket is available, the battery can be charged simply and easily by inserting the plug 38 into the plug-socket. |
