Bicycle stand for folding construction - has pivot fitting grips for wheel and folding lateral supports

The bicycle stand has a metal frame with two U-profiled brackets (1,2) pivot mounted to swing out and grip the bicycle wheel fore and aft. Lateral support strips (9,10) can be swung outwards to stabilise the stand and to form a low grip for additional bicycles stood each side of the secured machine. The stand can be collapsed into a compact structure for storage. A central screw fitting (6) enables the stand to be secured into a recessed mounting strip in the ground. ADVANTAGE - Compact fitting, simple storage.
