PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a security system in online transaction, which is capable of contributing to business promotion between individuals through the Internet. SOLUTION: In online transaction in which the seller computer system of a seller desiring selling of merchandise and the buyer computer system of a buyer desiring to buy the merchandise respectively access to a Web site to sell and buy the merchandise between the individuals on the Web site, agreement on the selling/buying formed between the seller and the buyer is extracted and transferred automatically or artificially to the physical distribution intermediation computer system of a physical distribution intermediator connected to the Web site. Then, after confirming the payment of money from the buyer by the physical distribution intermediation computer system, the physical distribution intermediator receives the merchandise from the seller and keeps it, confirms the contents of the merchandise, then sends the merchandise directly or indirectly to the buyer and pays the price to the seller simultaneously. |
