PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro-channel structure in which cost can be reduced by a simple constitution, and to provide its manufacturing method and an electronic apparatus. SOLUTION: The micro channel structure comprises a first end plate 7, an inflow member 2 having an inflow opening 2a in a partial region in the longitudinal direction, an outflow member 3 having an outflow opening 3a in a part in the longitudinal direction, a plurality of channel plates 5 and 6 having holes 21, 26 and 27 at positions corresponding to the inflow member 2 and the outflow member 3 on the first end plate 7 and laminated in a region having the inflow opening 2a and the outflow opening 3a in a state that the inflow member 2 and the outflow member 3 are inserted into the holes 21, 26 and 27, thus constituting a plurality of micro-channels, and a second end plate 8 having two holes 8c at positions corresponding to the inflow member 2 and the outflow member 3 on the first end plate 7 and laminated on the plurality of channel plates 5 and 6 in a state that the inflow member 2 and the outflow member 3 are inserted into the two holes 8c.
