PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve assembling work efficiency and reliability, without requiring an optical axis adjustment of a light emitting element and a light receiving element put in a corresponding relationship, in a key lock device using the light for authenticating a normal key body. SOLUTION: This key lock device is formed as a structure of mounting the light emitting element 23 and the light receiving element 24 put in the corresponding relationship on the integrally molded same three-dimensional circuit board 22 among a plurality of light emitting elements 23 being a light source and a plurality of light receiving elements 24 corresponding to the respective light emitting elements 23.
