PURPOSE:To prevent a bubble from remaining between disks after being stuck together, and besides, to improve parallelism between two disks by using UV curing resin with specified viscosity at room temperature. CONSTITUTION:Two sheets of recording disks are stuck together and formed by using the UV curing resin with the viscosity below 100cps at room temperature. For this purpose, the UV curing resin is led to the surfaces of the recording layer sides of two sheets of the recording disks by using a proper method, and a spin coat method, for instance, is easy to obtain uniform film thickness, and is superior in workability, and is preferable. Besides, when the UV curing resin whose viscosity is in the range of 5-20cps at room temperature is used, a result comes better and preferable. Thus, the superiority of the escape of the bubble at the time to be stuck together, the easiness of the control of the thickness of the resin to be applied, the uniformity of the thickness and the high parallelism can be obtained. |
