PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably stick a paper by pressurizing the paper and a sticking means by always strong and fixed force and to nearly unnecessitate operation for separating the paper though the paper and the sticking means are strongly stuck. SOLUTION: A projecting part raising a cushion 62 is formed of a recessed cushion having a through hole in its center, a trapezoid taper spring 71 inserted to a circular opening part provided at a base plate 61 at the lower part of the projecting part, a lower button 72 engaged with the trapezoid taper spring and a spring top part, penetrated into the through hole of the recessed cushion and having a female screw part inside, and an upper button 74 having a male screw part to be fitted to the female screw of the lower button 72 and having a sticking seal on its upper surface. The spring pressurizes the paper and the sticking means by force which is stronger than the repulsion of the cushion and is always constant to reliably stick the paper. Since there is a prescribed interval between the top of the projecting part and the surface of the sticking means, the paper is automatically and gradually separated by the restoring force of the recessed cushion after sticking the paper.
