According to an embodiment of the present invention, a coil component, which can reduce an electromagnetic wave without adding an additional component, comprises: a first coil unit including a plurality of substrates having a coil pattern formed therein; a second coil unit having a conductive coil; and a shielding unit arranged between the first and second coil units, and including a substrate having a shielding pattern formed therein. The shielding pattern has a distance from the coil pattern which can be formed greater than a distance between two coil patterns.
