摘要 The invention relates to a method for producing an optical cast body comprising at least one volume holographic optical element by means of a casting process, wherein the method comprises the following steps: providing a casting mold (30), comprising a first mold part (10) having a flat, spherical, aspherical, or freeform first surface and a second mold part (20) having a flat, spherical, aspherical, or freeform second surface, wherein the first mold part (10) can be connected to the second mold part (20) in order to form the casting mold (30); providing at least one holographic optical element (91); positioning and orienting the at least one holographic optical element (91) on the first mold part (10) and/or on the second mold part (20); bringing the first and the second mold parts together in order to form the casting mold (30); introducing casting material in one or more casting steps, wherein the casting material has a maximum viscosity of 100,000 mPas at 25°C; hardening the casting material; removing the hardened casting material comprising the at least holographic optical element (91) from the casting mold (30), wherein the casting material extends at least partially around the at least one holographic optical element (91).
