PURPOSE:To permit to reduce working and assembling costs and obtain uniform and highly accurate configuration and size by a method wherein the impeller is made by an integral structure in which blades, fore and aft sections connecting members are continuous one by one so as to enable to make it by press forming or injection molding. CONSTITUTION:The blades 6, 6' are connected integrally by connecting respective rear rims through rear parts connecting member 7 and the blades 6, 6'' are connected integrally by connecting respective fore rims by the fore section connecting member 5, while a plurality of blades 6 are connected continuously and integrally into a zigzag shape by the fore part connecting member 5 and the rear part connecting member 7 sequentially and, thus, a connected blades 4 are formed. According to such constitution, a multitude of the impellers may be manufactured simultaneously by the press forming using a material for sheet metal working or injection molding. Accordingly, the strength and rigidity of the impeller may be strengthened and improved despite of the reduction of working and assembling costs, homogeneity and accuracy increasing of the shape and size and the thin thickness of the products.
