PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of bobble phenomena when a transparent supporting body is peeled, by setting the drawing-up speed of the supporting body and the carrying speed of a substrate in a certain speed ratio so that the drawing-up speed is higher than the carrying speed and preventing the supporting body from rising from a peeling bar. CONSTITUTION:Carrying pinch rolls 26 and 27 and drawing-up pinch rolls 29 and 30 are driven by motors independently of each other, and both motors are controlled electrically, and the ratio of the drawing-up speed of rolls 29 and 30 to the carrying speed of rolls 26 and 27 is constant, and the drawing-up speed is higher than the carrying speed. A transparent supporting body 24 is peeled along a peeling bar 28, and the supporting body 24 is peeled throughout in the breadthwise direction along the bar 28 and does not rise from the bar 28 because the supporting body drawing-up speed of rools 29 and 30 is higher than the carrying speed of a substrate 21 in a certain speed ratio. Thus, the occurrence of bobble phenomena is prevented even if proportions of exposed parts 23a and unexposed parts 23b of a photopolymerizing composition layer 23 in the linear part peeled from the substrate 21 are changed in accordance with advance of peeling. |
