PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an upper structure that is fixed to an implant making a screw groove opening invisible from the outside of a patient's mouth.SOLUTION: A dental upper structure includes a screw groove 1 into which a screw member is to be inserted, and a screw member sheet 3 that provides a head of the screw member with support when the dental upper structure is fixed to a spacer member or an implant 5. The dental upper structure and a method of manufacturing the same are provided. The dental upper structure is provided with a central axis of the screw groove 1 and a central axis of a second opening 4, which do not at least partially agree with each other. The method of manufacturing the same, the screw member, and a screw driver are also provided. |
