PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fan unit fixing tool and fan unit fixing structure which can prevent suitably vibration of a fan unit from being transmitted to a cabinet without needing labor hour, and be applied to fan units having various sizes. SOLUTION: The fixing tool 10 has a recess 10a which can be fitted to four corners of a fan unit 3. After four fixing tools 10 are fitted to four corners of the fan unit 3 (refer to an arrow mark), the tools are inserted in an accepting part 1a of the cabinet 1 together with the fan unit 3. The fixing tools 10 are constituted of damping rubber, and can prevent suitably the vibration which is generated by the fan unit 3 from being transmitted to the cabinet 1. By the effect of notched parts (not shown) which are formed in the fixing tools 10, faces of the recesses 10a abutting against the front and rear surfaces of the fan unit 3 are isolated from each other in accordance with deformation of the damping rubber, so that the fixing tools can be applied to fan units 3 having various sizes.
