PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat medium supply control device, a heat medium supply control system, a heat medium supply control method, and a computer program capable of improving an operation rate of a backup device.SOLUTION: A control device has a control portion. The control portion controls a heat pump used as a backup device to supply a heat medium for a heat source apparatus in failure of the heat source apparatus supplying the heat medium to which a heat is added. Further the control portion switches a supply source of the heat medium to a user, from the heat source apparatus to the heat pump when the heat medium to be cooled is requested by the user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
