PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an olefinic resin composition which exhibits high matting properties without impairing mechanical physical properties.SOLUTION: A polypropylene resin composition contains 100 pts.wt. of (A) an olefinic resin and 1-20 pts.wt. of (B) a graft copolymer. The (B) graft copolymer has a main chain of a poly(ethylene-glycidyl methacrylate) copolymer and a side chain of a poly(methyl methacrylate-butyl acrylate) copolymer. A ratio (main chain:side chain) of the main chain and the side chain is 40-90 wt.%:10-60 wt.%. The poly(methyl methacrylate-butyl acrylate) copolymer is formed of 10-90 wt.% of a methyl methacrylate component, and 10-90 wt.% of a butyl acrylate component.SELECTED DRAWING: None
