<p>PURPOSE:To assemble the transformer with a few steps and in a short time by mounting a coil that is formed between arc shaped parts and comprises a part extended to the straight line side. CONSTITUTION:It comprises a cylindrical core 10 and a core holding jig 20 for mounting a coil 13 on the cylindrical core 10. In the cylindrical core 10, winding grooves 11 for mounting the coil 13 are formed circularly. In the direction perpendicular to the winding grooves 11, grooves 12 through which lead wires of the coil 13 are passed are arranged. The coil holding jig 20 is equipped with a pusher 21 of the coil 13, an opening/closing mechanism 22 of it, a lead wire holder 23, a coil guide 25 and a lead wire holding member 26. The pusher 21 is divided into pusher pieces 21' circularly and pushes the coil 13 in the wiring grooves 11 of the cylindrical core 10 directly.</p> |
