PURPOSE:To provide a weatherstrip in the seal structure of a sashless door for an automobile with the function of a stabilizer without enlarging door glass elevating load. CONSTITUTION:The seal structure of a sashless door has a belt molding 3 with a door weatherstrip, fitted to a door outer panel 2 and having an upper lip 4 in contact with a door glass 8 and a lower lip 5 with a hollow part 5a formed, and a door weatherstrip fitted to a door inner panel in a corresponding position and having an upper lip 6 in contact with the door glass 8 and a lower lip 7 with a hollow part 7a formed. Stabilizer core material 11, 12 are inserted into the hollow parts 5a, 7a of the lower lips 5, 7 of both door weatherstrips, leaving clearances 5b, 7b in the vehicle width direction. The vehicle width direction dimension of the clearances 5b, 7b are set to such an extent as to allow the flexure of the lower lips 5, 7 at the elevating time of the door glass 8 and to constrain the displacement in the vehicle width direction from the normal closed position by the core material 11, 12 through the lower lips 5, 7. |
