PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil recovering system efficiently recovering oil including fine oil particles suspended in drainage water or dissolved in it. SOLUTION: This oil recovering system is provided with a grease trap G which has partitions W therein, and has multiple tubs formed by the partitions W; an oil separation means S separating and recovering oil from the drainage water in the grease trap G; a pump P supplying the drainage water to the oil separation means S; a suction pipe 2 connecting the suction port 1 of the pump P to the inside of the grease trap G; a supply pipe 4 connecting the discharge port 3 of the pump P to the oil separation means S; and a return pipe 6 connecting the discharge port of the oil separation means S to the inside of the grease trap G. An electrolysis device E electrolyzing the drainage water is provided at least to one place of the inside of the grease trap G, the duct line of the suction pipe 2 and the duct line of the supply pipe 4.
