PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine the connection state of an optical transmission line in a device while reducing the number of components and costs.SOLUTION: An optical transmission device (3) includes: a TPND(TransPoNDer) part (10) having a first optical detection part (101) for detecting the optical power of a plurality of first signal light; an optical multiplexing part (20) having a WSS(Wavelength Selective Switch) (21) for selecting and multiplexing any of the plurality of first signal light to be input from the TPND part (10) via a second optical port (22) to generate second signal light and a second optical detection part (102) for detecting the optical power of the second signal light; and a selection part (30). The selection part (30) includes: a WSS (31) for selecting any of the plurality of input signal light to be input via a plurality of fourth optical ports (32) to generate third signal light; and third optical detection parts (103, 104) for detecting the optical power of the plurality of input signal light in the plurality of fourth optical ports (32) and the optical power of each wavelength of the third signal light in a fifth optical port (33).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
