PURPOSE:To prepare a shrimp-like food having the characteristic hard and nonvicid texture of shrimp, by mixing ground fish meat with a food raw material consisting of foamed starch. CONSTITUTION:A food raw material consisting of starch foamed by oil-frying, extruder, etc., and/or a food raw material obtained by foaming a mixture of starch and a protein, is cut to small pieces or crushed. 6-15pts.wt. of the product is mixed to 100pts.wt. of salted and ground fish meat, and the mixture is formed to a desired form and heated to obtain the objective food. |
