The heating boiler (1) has a heat exchanger (12) in the water tank of the upper boiler section (3), as a component of a separate heating circuit (10) with an integrated pump (11). One end (13) of the heat exchanger (12) has a connected forward flow pipe (17) and the other end (15) has a connected backflow pipe (18). At least one heating body (19) is fitted between the two flow pipes (17,18). The heat exchanger (12) is an angled pipe, generally parallel to the flame pipe (4).
