PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an audio output changeover device that prevents an audio output such as a car audio from being interrupted unnecessarily in a system using a hands-free a mobile phone. SOLUTION: The audio output changeover device is provided with an interface 10 connected to a mobile phone, an interface 11 that is connected to an audio reproduction device such as a car audio, an audio identification means 13 that is connected to the interface 10 and identifies a signal from the mobile phone, and an audio changeover switch means 14 that is connected to the audio identification means 13 and the interface 11, shuts off an audio output of the audio reproduction device when the audio identification means 13 receives an incoming tone or a speech voice from the mobile phone so as to capture an output signal from the mobile phone or continues an audio output of the audio reproduction device when receiving an incoming call tone and a signal other than a speech voice from the mobile phone.
