PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a triple tube metal-halide lamp in which generation of light distribution unevenness because of shielding of the light from the lamp by parts for fixing the inner tube is prevented in the triple tube metal-halide lamp in which the inner tube is installed so that a light emitting tube fixed via support wires in the outer globe is surrounded. SOLUTION: The triple tube metal-halide lamp has the support wires fixed in the outer globe, the light emitting tube fixed to the support wires, and the inner tube arranged and installed so as to surround the light emitting tube. The inner tube is fixed to the support wires via the fixing fittings installed at both end parts of the inner tube, and at least the fixing fittings of the lamp head part side are installed so that light shielding angle becomes 90°or less.
