PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic breakage protection circuit which is small and has a high electrostatic resistance. SOLUTION: The electrostatic protection circuit includes: a first electrostatic protection circuit 31 which connects a first diodes 21, 22 through parasitic resistances R21, R22 between an input terminal, an output terminal, and a PAD 10 of either of an input/output terminal and power source terminals Vdd, Vss and passes a static electricity applied through the PAD 10 through the first diodes 21, 22 to the power source terminals Vdd, Vss; and a second electrostatic breakage protection circuit 32 which connects additionally second diodes 23, 24 through parasitic resistances R23, R24 between the PAD 10 and the power source terminals Vdd, Vss. The parasitic resistances R23, R24 of the second electrostatic breakage protection circuit 32 are smaller than the parasitic resistances R21, R22 of the first electrostatic breakage protection circuit 31.
