METHOD FOR PRODUCTION OF FORMED ARTICLES HAVING HEAT INSULATION PROPERTIES

FIELD: chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: proposed articles are formed on the base of foamed particles of alkaline silicate which contains silicium oxide and oxide of alkaline metal, their molar ratio being 2-4.5. 100 mass parts of said alkaline silicate are mixed with aqueous solution of (Al(HPO)) till molar ratio of Si and Al is 1-60. Thus prepared mixture is placed into definite shape and compressed to 20-80 % of its origin volume. Then thus manufactured article is heated to 100-500 C to brought into reaction said particles of alkaline silicate with monoalumino phosphate. EFFECT: improves efficiency of method.
