The present invention proposes a transmission for a tractor, which is able to make a variety of gear shifts and to be conveniently operated. The transmission for a tractor comprises: a power shuttle unit including an input shaft to receive power from the engine, which determines whether to move forward or backward; a power shift unit having a power shift shaft to make an output of the power shuttle unit at a high speed or a low speed; a main transmission counter shaft (52) placed to share the same axis with the power shift shaft and to rotate by being linked with the power shift shaft; a first clutch (54) and a second clutch (58) installed on the main transmission counter shaft to be driven by oil pressure; a plurality of main transmission counter gears (56a, 56b, 56c) installed to respectively correspond to a clutch, to have a bearing on the main transmission counter shaft, and to rotate the main transmission counter shaft when the corresponding clutch is closed by oil pressure; and a main transmission shaft (60) having a plurality of main transmission gears (62a, 62b, 62c) engaged with the plurality of main transmission counter gears, which is rotated by the main transmission gear, to which power is transferred, at a predetermined RPM. |
