PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To preliminarily fill an ink unit so as to be suitable to final printing before the start of printing or during a printing operation mode and to incorporate a printing unit in a work process without a marked mechanical and measurement-technical cost to optimally prepare the same. SOLUTION: In order to shorten and simplify the running process of the printing ink in the ink unit of a printing press for preparing a printing processes, compensation ink film thickness is detected in an ink unit roller. The compensation ink film thickness is regulated in the ink amt. control member of the ink unit and formed on all of ink unit rollers by a theoretically infinite length running-in process. In this case, the ink film thickness is compensated during the ink feed between an ink fountain roller and the ink unit roller. The compensation ink film thickness is detected by experience, calculation or measurement technique. A printing plate is divided into categories for correlation. |
