PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shirt exclusive for Warm Biz allowing a wearer to wear a Warm-Biz necktie N without having uncomfortable feeling even at a formal place such as an office while bringing about a sufficient warming effect even when wearing the Warm-Biz necktie N. SOLUTION: The shirt exclusive for Warm Biz is provided with the following: a part 6 to be put around the neck of a wearer P; a covering piece 7 attached to the part to be put around the wearer's neck to cover part of his chest part; and a necktie piece 8 attached to the part to be put around his neck to trail down at his chest part. The shirt exclusive for Warm Biz is provided with a shadow-off part 2 receiving a projecting part or a knot of the Warm Biz-necktie at the upper part of the opening side of the collar of the shirt.
