摘要 FIELD: aeronautical engineering; method of manufacture of propeller blades from composite materials on base of woven reinforcing fillers and polymer binders; motodeltaplanes and general aviation aeroplanes. SUBSTANCE: method consists in pattern cutting of cloth impregnated with polymer binder into petals according to half-blade profile with root portion exceeding width of section of leading edge to ensure guaranteed residual overlapping after thermal and pneumatic formation; then petals are laid in separate half-moulds so that they should alternate with strips of separating film in sections forming the leading edge; fluoroplastic film may be used. The blank of blade is assembled in one of half-moulds after preliminary laying of fluoroplastic film on section of trailing edge and leading edge is formed by removal of separating film and overlapping of both halves of petals in turn; hermetic bag is placed with its edge pinched between half-blades. Then root is formed by bringing root portion of blank inside outer metal bush which is locked in required position by means of inner metal bush. Then thermal and pneumatic formation of blank is performed in mould. EFFECT: high quality of finished item. 2 cl, 5 dwg
