The present application relates the technical field of wireless communications, and particularly, to a method for adjusting a scheduling weight, which is used in a high speed downlink packet access heterogeneous network (HSDPA Het-Net) system. The method comprises: a first base station obtaining a first channel quality indicator of a user equipment in a low power node (LPN) extension region on a first carrier, and obtaining a first transport block size (TBS) of the user equipment on a second carrier, the first carrier being used for communication between the user equipment and the first base station and the second carrier being used for communication between the user equipment and a second base station, and a cell offset being set on the first carrier or the second carrier; the first base station determining whether a service rate obtained by the user equipment on the second base station is higher than a service rate obtained on the first base station according to the first CQI and the first TBS, and obtaining a determining result; and the first base station adjusting a scheduling weight of the user equipment on the first base station according to the determining result.
