The invention relates to an automated structure for conferences (on-site and online) comprising the following integrated components: an ergonomic lectern, an obstacle-free area that facilitates interaction between disabled persons and the public, and an application-based system for the geolocation of people. The physical invention is complemented by unique elements specific to the assembly, such as: a) software for monitoring activity from a mobile application, b) a social network of travelling business people, c) an automation mechanism that allows the structure to operate without the assistance of sound and/or image technicians, d) system for the geolocation of members of the network (also mobile software), e) a hinged zenith arm that allows HD recording and projection, f) exclusive design, as well being g) easily transportable owing to its modular design. |
