<p>Salicylates of aminopyridines of formulae : (where the NH2 gp. in (I) is in the 2-, 3- or 4-posn. and the Me gp. in (II) is in the 3-, 4-, 5- or 6-posn.). The cpds. are analgesic and anti-inflammatory agents for general or topical application. The parenteral dose is 10-20 mg/kg.</p> |
