The powder or particle-form material is fed by a feeder hose at the end of which is a spray mouthpiece. The material in the hose upstream to the spray mouthpiece has fluid and gas fed to it under excess pressure which causes it to be sprayed outwards to give an even distribution over the surface being treated.
