The liquid bio-fiber is made by the following steps of: dissolving and mixing a sodium silicate, aluminum silicate, sodium oxide, thiosodium sulphate, germanium dioxide, refined glucose and white sugar at 20-40 deg.C respectively; adding an ionized product of gold in gold acid chloride(HAuCl4= 4H2O) and silver nitric acid in silver thiosulphate to the mixture; maintaining the mixture at 15-20 deg.C for 48-72 hours to complete an aging of raw materials by achieving ionization and mixing equilibrium through substitution reaction of metal elements and organic compounds, whereby obtaining the liquid bio ceramic undiluted solution. The fiber is dipped in the undiluted solution for 5-10 mins, dehydrated, dried at 100-120 deg.C, left at low temperature for 10 hours, and then beaten by a cotten gin. The fiber products are obtained by secondary heat setting finish after the process.
