PURPOSE: Provided are a low calorie sugar free candy with center-filling a powdery and granulated erythritol composition and its preparation process, thereby preparing a low calorie sugar free candy having a cooling and refreshing taste. CONSTITUTION: The low calorie sugar free candy contains 1-20 wt.% powdery and granulated erythritol composition and 80-99 wt.% of at least one kind of glyco-alcohol selected from isomalt, maltitol and xylitol. It further contains 0.1-5.0 wt.% of sweetener, such as aspartame, stevioside, saccharin and the like.
