The present invention relates to a prism sheet and a liquid crystal display device comprising the same. According to the present invention, light efficiency of the prism sheet is improved by forming concave curvature on a bottom surface of a prism pattern to change a refraction angle of incident light, which is less than the minimum angle, into an effective angle. In addition, light efficiency of the prism sheet is improved by forming a bottom surface of the 2n^th (n is a natural number) prism pattern in the inside of a groove in order to refract incident light, having an angle greater than the maximum angle, to an adjacent prism pattern. |
