摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maximize the frame rate when a normal image and a plurality of fluorescent images are obtained on a time-division basis.SOLUTION: Provided is a fluorescent observation apparatus which comprises: an illumination light source for irradiating a subject with illumination light; an excitation light source for irradiating the subject with excitation light; a first imaging element for imaging the reflection of the illumination light from the subject; a second imaging element for imaging the fluorescent light generated within the subject; and a control unit for outputting to the first and second imaging elements a first control signal S1 for directing the start of exposure to the reflection and a pair of second control signals S21, S22 for directing the start of exposure to the fluorescent light, in a predetermined order. The control unit sets a time interval T2+Tr of the pair of time-axially continuing second control signals S21, S22 on the basis of the exposure time T2 of the exposure started by the preceding second control signal S21 of the pair of second control signals S21, S22, independently of a time interval T2+T1 of a pair of time-axially continuing other second control signals S22, S21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
