SOLUTION: This system has a portable telephone set 2 equipped with a means for accessing an information center server 3 via a network 5 and inputting inquiry items and a means for inputting and transmitting a contact destination and information that a user wants to know at a request from the information center server 3, the information center server 3 equipped with a means for sending answer information to an inquiry from the portable telephone set 2 as character information to the portable telephone set 2 when the answer information is present in a database, a means for requesting the portable telephone set 2 to input the information that the user wants to know and the contact destination when the answer information is not present, and a means for transferring the information from the user to an operator terminal device 4 when the information is inputted, and the operator terminal device 4 equipped with a means for displaying the transferred information and a means for answering the answer information generated by an operator to the user.</p> |
