PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a throttle device capable of arbitrarily setting a relationship between a depressed angle of a traveling pedal and an output of an engine without changing the setting of the throttle device of the engine. SOLUTION: The throttle device is provided with the traveling pedal 1 operated by a driver, and a throttle wire 5 for adjusting the output of the engine interlocked with the motion of the traveling pedal 1. The throttle device is provided with a cam 15 interlocked with the motion of the traveling pedal 1; a follower 16 following the cam 15; and a pivot arm 17 supporting the follower 16 so as to be turnable relative to a vehicle body 2. The throttle wire 5 is connected to the follower 16, and the relationship between the depressed angle of the traveling pedal 1 and the output of the engine is arbitrarily set depending on a shape of the cam 15.
