PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make improvements in practicality, economical efficiency, durability and scenic beauty in use of a used existing utility pole as a pillar for a windmill by using the scrap wood of this used utility pole as a windmill supporting pillar, attaching a windmill body tight to an upper end part of the windmill supporting pillar, and forming a footstall in a lower end of this windmill supporting pillar. SOLUTION: Scrap wood of a used utility pole is formed into a triangular shape along a horizontal surface, the triangualr shaped part 11 and an erected part 9 in the vertical direction both are coupled together, forming it so as to make it structurally reinforcible, and the scrap wood of the used utility pole is erected high in the vertical direction in order to make it into a vertical structure and thereby it is formed into a relatively high windmill supporting combined pillar structure 5. A windmill body with a windmill vane 6 is attached tight to an upper end part 4 of the structure 5, and then a footstall is formed in a lower part for the windmill supporting pillar, whereby a windmill used with the scrap wood of the used utility pole is thus composable in this way. |
