PURPOSE:To provide the titled food having the effective nutrient component similar to royal jelly, by breaking the crust of a pollen to expose the content, crushing the crust and the content, tableting the powder, and coating the tablet with an acid-resistant enteric coating film. CONSTITUTION:A cluster of pollens collected in a bee yard is treated with a high-pressure grain expander to expand and break the crust (cell wall) of the pollen and to expose the content. The crust and the content are pulverized with a crusher, tableted to a proper size, and coated with respective acid-resistant enteric coating film. |
