PURPOSE:To enable measurement of an actual starting torque at every required angle of revolution of a specimen motor, by measuring a starting torque of the specimen motor with a torque sensor at every required angle of revolution of a pulse motor. CONSTITUTION:A pulse motor 15 of a torque as high as 10-15 times of a specimen motor (a) and a torque sensor 16 measuring a starting torque of the specimen motor (a) are mounted on an elevator frame 21. When a pulse of the specified numbers are issued to a pulse motor 15 and allow it to rotate through the constant angle, the specimen motor (a) is made to rotate through an angle of revolution of the pulse motor 15 through a torque sensor 16. And, if the pulse motor 15 is brought to a rotor-lock condition, a turning force of the motor (a) is transmitted to the torque sensor 16 and a starting torque of the motor (a) at its stand still is measured by the torque sensor 16. Thus the actual starting torque of the specimen motor can be measured at every required angle of revolution. |
