PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To escalate the mode of an emphasis mark used at the time of trouble notification and to suppress the omission of reaction to the trouble. SOLUTION: Contents (occurrence date/time, occurrence system name, message or the like) and emphasis marks ('!', '×' and background emphasis) are screen-displayed for respective events showing the occurrence of troubles. In the initial abnormality notifying screen (a), the emphasis marks of black lozenges, which show the absence of reaction, are displayed in the status column of events 151, 152 and 153. Since the significance of the event 151 is high, '!' is also displayed. The second screen (b) shows a status 60 minutes later from (a), for example, and for the events 151 and 153 the names of persons in charge are displayed and the black lozenges till then are changed to white lozenges showing that trouble settling is finished. In the event 152 for which no reaction to the trouble has been made yet, the emphasis mark is escalated to '×' and warning is given to a participant.
