PURPOSE:To reduce thermal resistance, to reduce a temperature difference between a temperature detecting element temperature and an air temperature or a water temperature, and to measure more exactly an air temperature and a water temperature, by using a metal or ceramics for a heat conductive member, and forming the part contacting with air or a liquid in the shape of a feather or in the uneven shape. CONSTITUTION:A liquid crystal display 2 is installed to a watch case 1, and a heat conductive member 3 of aluminum is screwed. An endothermic fin 30 is formed in the upper and lower directions on this heat conductive member 3, an air flow is generated in parallel to the endothermic fin 30 when walking by installing an electronic watch to the arm, therefore, thermal resistance of the heat conductive member 3 is reduced. As for a temperature detecting element 18 fitted to the heat conductive member 3, a semiconductor chip 32 having n-n junction is placed on a ceramic plate, and thereafter, is connected to pads 33a, 33b to be connected electrically with an A/D converter by two wiring patterns, and it is placed on the ceramic plate. |
