PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy thin plate material generating a secular change in reflecting characteristics, easy to manufacture and having extremely high weatherability, a concave reflecting mirror for a heliostate using the same and a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: In the concave reflecting mirror 1 for the heliostat consisting of a base stand 2 having a concave upper surface and comprising an aluminum alloy and the concave mirror 3a provided on the concaved surface of the base stand. The concave mirror 3a is constituted of the aluminum alloy this plate material 3 having the mirror surface layer 6 provided on the upper surface of the aluminum alloy thin plate 4 and a weatherable transparent film layer 7 provided so as to cover the surface of the mirror surface layer 6.
