PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish both quality and productivity of an electrode applied by using a rotary screen. SOLUTION: This electrode-manufacturing device is provided with a coating liquid 3, containing an electrode active material, the rotary screen 4 equipped with an opening part for applying the coating liquid 3 to the main surface of a band-like base material 2 on the circumferential curved surface, and a squeegee blade 11 disposed inside the rotary screen 4, in parallel with the rotation axis direction of the rotary screen 4 and in contact with the inside surface of the rotary screen 4 for pressing out the coating liquid 3 to the main surface of the base material 2 from the opening part by pressing the inside surface of the rotary screen 4. The squeegee blade 11 is provided with a reinforcing member for reinforcing both ends of the squeegee blade 11 on the main surface of both the ends, in the lengthwise direction of the squeegee blade 11. |
