WHITENING COSMETIC COMPOSITION

A whitening cosmetic product, and a method for preparing a whitening cosmetic material are provided to improve the maintenance of whitening effect. A whitening cosmetic product contains the fermentation extract which is obtained by fermenting the mushroom fungi of Cnidium officinale or Glycyrrhiza glabra with yeast, lactobacillus or bifidus, and extracting the fermented one, as an active ingredient. Preferably the content of the fermentation extract is 0.0001-20 wt%. Preferably the mushroom fungi is at least one selected from Inonnotus-obliquus, Phellinus linteus, Cordyceps sinensis, Paecilomyces japonica, and Ganoderma lucidum.
